Marc Brown's Interview With Madwinners NASCAR Driver Mike Wallace - 3/14/2007
(It's a joke. Don't sue us.)
Las Vegas, NV - Las Vegas Motor Speedway Sam's Town 300, set a record for the most cautions. Mike Wallace and the number 7 Geico Chevy Crew made the best of a really loose race track to gain 4 positions in the Busch Points race. Mike drove a really smart race and kept the #7 out of trouble all day. Saturday's race was the first on the newly surfaced Las Vegas Motorspeedway. Goodyear brought an extremely hard right side tire to prevent the new surface from tearing up the tires. This harder compound kept the cars from tearing up the tires, however it also cost the cars a great deal of grip. Greg Biffle compared the new surface and tire combination to driving on "black ice". Mike Wallace proved once again that he can adjust his driving style to the track. His smooth driving style was rewarded with a 13th place finish. Great points day #7 Geico Chevy team.
As mentioned in an earlier article, Madwinners "unofficially" sponsors race car driver Mike Wallace. We like him because he's old, tough, a good driver and has a great looking daughter. We're proud of him here and wish him continued success.
"We knew we had a winner in Mike. They don't call us Madwinners for nothing!" proclaimed Madwinners CEO Al Price.
Meanwhile, Marc Brown spoke yesterday with Mike Wallace at his home in Concord, North Carolina.
"Hey Mike.. I'm out here! Come on out will ya? It's me, Marc Brown from Madwinners.com.."
Mike Wallace opens an upstairs bedroom window.
"Hey, ya freak! I got family tryin' to sleep... Get offa my lawn or I'm calling the PO-lice"
"Just one question. I mean since we are sponsoring you, I mean, would it be possible to put a little, like, sticker on your car next time?"
"Look, I have a shotgun and I WILL use it."
"Okay, fine... I'm leaving... Hey, is your daughter home by any chance?"
